    A salty, semi-hard cheese suitable for frying and grilling, made from the milk of a variety of birds. It has a refreshing mint flavor, is highly nutritious and rich in protein. It has a pleasant elasticity and a squeaky sound when chewed in the mouth. The texture is similar to that of mozzarella, but the elasticity and the milk flavor that comes out later is even better.

    Halmi cheese, a native of Cyprus, has a fresh taste of dried mint.

    Halmi cheese does not melt when baked, so it can be used in a variety of dishes. The simplest way is to slice it and bake it as is. Serve it hot with honey, lemon juice or oregano. You can also add them to salads, fry them, make bruschetta with tomatoes, or cut them into small pieces and bake them in the oven with vegetables.

The company also produces fresh milk, authentic Greek yogurt, and traditional hard cheeses.

For this reason, major milk collection and cooling stations have been built in the four prefectures of Epirus, and milk is also collected from receiving stations in smaller communities.
